Delivery
All of our lampshades are made to order and we aim to ship your order within 3-7 working days. Parcels are dispatched via a tracked and signed Parcelforce service. Please note that a signature will be required on delivery. Please provide your mobile number to receive SMS notification on day of your delivery.
We ship out of the UK, to EU and International deliveries. Please contact us if your location is not included in the list below and we can calculate postage for your address.

Returns
Please remember that all of our shades are lovingly handmade to order. We ask that you check measurements of your chosen shade and that it suits your table/floor or ceiling space.
We are available to advise you on sizing of your shade and please let us know if you require a fabric swatch; we will be more than happy to send one out to you.
Once your order has been placed, if you need to cancel, please do so within 24 hours. After this time period your shade will be in the process of being made and cancelation will not be possible.
If your shade arrives damaged or faulty, please inform us with 24 hours of receiving delivery. Contact us with your name, address and order number and images of the damaged shade, so a replacement can be made.
